The New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide BATHTUB REPLACEMENT in accordance with the contract documents. The work consists of, but is not limited to, bathtub replacement and new tub wall installations throughout NBHA owned state and federally funded (HUD) public housing developments in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The work under this contract shall be performed on an as needed basis. The term of the contract is for one (1) year. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The NBHA reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so.
