Site work, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Dahlonega, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work for this Project shall consist of forming and pouring sidewalks, table, bench, and trashcan pads in accordance with the plans described. The Contractor shall install footers recommended by the manufacturer and build a wall and wall cap with the VERSA-LOK Retaining Wall Systems or an equivalent that shall be approved by the City' of Dahlonega Department of Public Works. This also includes Rubberific Timber, WillyGoat Border, and AgTec Geocell Soil Stabilization Grid Paver for the walking path. Grading shall consist of walking trail excavation, back filling wall and all structures, shaping parking lot, and removing and demoing existing items ( e.g. , existing concrete pads and other items) as directed by the City of Dahlonega Department of Public Works.
