Questions about any aspect of the RFQ or the project should be submitted in writing to the contact listed above.Deadline for written questions 04/21/26 2:00 PM - Questions about any aspect of the RFQ, or the project, shall be submitted in writing Deadline for submission of Statements of Qualifications 04/27/26 2:00 PM The Poultry Instructional Center will be an approximately 3,000 sq. ft. facility that will house an instructional classroom, an instructional laboratory and associated prep area, poultry equipment area, offices, restrooms and support spaces. The design of the equipment area should be intentionally representative of a typical chicken house, which are widely seen in rural areas around Georgia and contain all of the necessary feeding, watering, and monitoring equipment. The project is not intended to not house birds. Project Budget The Guaranteed Maximum Price is estimated at $1,558,900. The preliminary stated cost limitation(SCL) or construction cost of the Project is estimated at $1,400,000. The final SCL may be revised by the Owner due to final programmatic requirements, funding availability or other circumstances.
