Design, permitting, installation, testing, and acceptance of a new automatic fire sprinkler system in an existing two-story fire station. The scope shall include, but is not limited to: o Field verification of existing building conditions. Design of a complete NFPA 13-compliant automatic fire sprinkler system. o Hydraulic calculations. o Stamped shop drawings and design documents as required. o Permit submittals and AHJ coordination. o Installation of all sprinkler piping, fittings, valves, hangers, supports, sprinkler heads, drains, test connections, and related components. o Sprinkler protection for the first floor. Sprinkler protection for the second floor. o Sprinkler protection for the apparatus bay. o Sprinkler protection for apparatus bay closets, storage rooms, and accessory spaces. Fire alarm interface for sprinkler monitoring. o Testing, flushing, inspection, and final acceptance. o Closeout documents and Tigerville Fire Department training.
