Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Monticello, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Citys Wastewater Collection & Transmission System System Hardening Improvements Project includes includes lift station rehabilitation or replacement, force main replacement or upsizing, construction of new manifolded force mains, installation of permanent standby generator with automatic transfer switches at critical facilities, electrical and mechanical hardening, aal system wide SCADA, integration. The City has also been allocated funding through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) State Revolving Fund (SRF), under the Supplemental Appropriation for Hurricanes Helene and Milton (SAHM). The selected firm will also be considered for negotiations to provide engineering services for this project, subject to funding availability and successful negotiation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
