Renovation of a municipal facility in Wales, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of but not limited to: Structural repairs to the Old Town Hall including, but not limited to: providing flowable fill in the basement to support undermined posts, removal of the second-floor plaster and acoustic tile ceiling and joists in the bays west of Truss #3, installation of new ceiling joists in the bays west of Truss #3. Joist are to be left exposed , bottom cord reinforcement of Truss #4 & the west side of Truss #3, post reinforcement on both sides of Truss #4 and the west side of Truss #3 , and the replacement and anchoring of rotted section of south wall plate in attic. Discrepancies, omissions or doubts as to the meaning of Specifications and drawings should be communicated at once to the Architect for interpretation.
