Renovation of a library in Wales, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Town of Wales is accepting price quotes for the replacement of twenty nine (29) windows at the Wales Public Library per the attached specifications. The Library is located at 77 Main Street in Wales, MA. If there are questions about the request for quotes, please submit them IN WRITING via email to select@townofwales.net on or before 3PM on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. An addendum will be issued to all who have been provided this package, if necessary. Product specifications: _ Vinyl insert replacement windows. _ Fixed pane with integrated white grille pattern to match current pattern. _ White interior and exterior color. _ Energy efficient with tempered Low-E insulated glass and argon gas glass system. _ New units to match existing openings. _ Interior gaps to be sealed with a paintable sealant. _ Contractor shall provide warranties extended from the manufacturer listing terms and conditions. _ The Contractor shall also provide workmanship warranty inclusions, exclusions and terms.
