Renovation of a municipal facility in Troy, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Heating system/HVAC installation and renovation. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits , testing, and supervision required to furnish and install a complete forced warm air heating system. The installed system shall be fully operational and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local building codes. Ideally, the first floor heating system shall be placed in basement, second floor in attic. The contractor shall provide: Complete heating system. All required permits and inspections. Equipment delivery and installation. Sheet metal ductwork. Gas piping Electrical connections from disconnects provided by electrical contractor unless otherwise noted. Equipment startup. System balancing. Owner instruction on operation and maintenance. Manufacturer registration for warranty. The HVAC contractor shall verify all field dimensions prior to fabrication and installation
