("Glendower"), an instrumentality of the Housing Authority of the City of New Haven d/b/a Elm City Communities ("ECC"), invites qualified architectural and engineering firms with demonstrated experience in public housing redevelopment, affordable housing development, mixed-income housing, LowIncome Housing Tax Credit ("LIHTC") developments, HUD-assisted housing, taxexempt bond financing, CHFA-financed developments, urban redevelopment, and complex site redevelopment projects to submit qualifications for comprehensive Architectural and Engineering ("A/E") Services for the redevelopment of Westville Manor located in New Haven, Connecticut. Question Deadline 07/27/2026 at 12:00 PM ET All questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted in writing to electronically. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
