Site work, paving, new construction, remodeling and addition to a medical facility in Cass Lake, Minnesota. Working plans call for the construction of a medical facility; for the remodel of a medical facility; and for the addition of a eight-bed medical facility.
Plans call to build out a new Emergency Department (ED); move and build a new Emergency Management Services (ambulance) garage; sleeping quarters and training space; and build a drive-through pharmacy. Space that was vacated during 2.2, as well as space vacated in this next phase will be remodeled and repurposed, including the addition of an 8-bed Inpatient wing, Business Office, Finance, and Administration. As of July 16, 2026, this project has a groundbreaking event today. An architect and a construction manager-at-risk have been selected. However, the construction manager-at-risk's identity has not yet been disclosed. A timeline for construction has yet to be announced.
