The large diameter valves to be removed and replaced are part of Transmission Water Mains and RAW Water Mains in the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department system. The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a bid security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful contractor must execute a one hundred (100%) Surety Performance and Payment Bonds.
