The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to provide preventative maintenance and emergency support services for nine (9) Air Conditioning units located on Decks 5 and 8 of the Brickell Federal Plaza Building at 909 SE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33131. Bidders must submit a price breakdown for: 1) HVAC Preventative Maintenance Service Plan (includes 12 monthly PMs, 4 emergency/service visits, and all MERV 11 filters/consumables in accordance with the Statement of Work); 2) Emergency 1st Responder Repairs (Overtime/After-Hours/Weekends, not-to-exceed $2,000 per incident without Contracting Officer approval); and 3) Vendor UEI and Cage Number. Proposals must show pricing for the base year and each option year. Site visits are highly recommended to verify requirements. Vendors must be registered and ACTIVE in SAM prior to award. Contract will be awarded to the vendor who meets or exceeds requirements in the SOW and provides the lowest overall price for the 12-month period of performance.
