Site work and new construction of an industrial development in L'Epiphanie, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a industrial development; and for site work for a industrial development.
Construction of a major development located in the heart of the city center, on the site of the former church destroyed by fire in 1991. It was designed to offer a permanent, accessible and adaptable public space in order to stimulate the vitality and cultural life of the municipality. The Place du Parvis serves as a central gathering place for the community. It hosts numerous events, including shows, public pianos in the summer, and festivals such as the Festival Plaisirs & Traditions. The project also includes improvements in the area, such as the redevelopment of downtown parking spaces (Parvis Square Parking) and the integration of the overall public lighting concept. TIMELINE: The project is included in the current Three-Year Capital Investment Program (2026-2028) of the City that has allocated a budget of approximately $700,000 for the development of plans, specifications, and professional services for Phase II. Project development is anticipated in 2026, construction is planned for 2027-2028.
