Liquidated Damages $1000 Per Day Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 07/24/2026 2:00 PM (PDT) Bidders must submit their request for plans and specifications or any questions regarding the project via email to Neema Ghanbari , PE, Public Works Director at nghanbari@hgcity.org The project will include the removal and replacement of the existing roof including roofing materials, rain gutters, screens, and all other appurtenances, miscellaneous replacement of structural plywood, some electrical work, and all other items not mentioned but indicated in the Plans and Specifications. The Contractor shall complete all work in every detail within Twenty (20) working days after the date of the "Notice to Proceed". The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: Removal and replacement of the roof including the substrate and some of the damaged roof support including some miscellaneous wood member replacement, gutters and other miscellaneous items as identified on the plans and in these specifications.
