The Contractor shall complete all work in every detail within Twenty (20) working days after the date of the "Notice to Proceed". The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: Removal and replacement of the roof including the substrate and some of the damaged roof support including some miscellaneous wood member replacement, gutters and other miscellaneous items as identified on the plans and in these specifications. Award is subject to final approval.
