Howard County intends to procure the services of a qualified construction firm to build a new 71,476 square foot Community & 50 Plus Center, located at 6365, 6371, and 6379 Old Washington Road, Elkridge, MD 21075, including all associated site improvements. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: construction of the main building structure and interior spaces; development of associated parking facilities; installation of outdoor amenities; completion of all required site work, utilities, grading, stormwater management, and landscaping; and coordination with County representatives, design teams, and other involved parties.
