Landscape maintenance and snow removal services. 1.1 This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is issued under FAR Part 12 and FCC Class Deviation RFO-2026-12 – Supplement 2. This is the only solicitation; quotations only are requested. This RFQ is a 100% small business set-aside under simplified acquisition procedures. Provisions and clauses can be accessed at www.acquisition.gov. 1.2 The Government plans to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the best value quotation from a responsible small business. A quotation is not an offer; acceptance occurs upon the contractor's written acceptance or performance. This RFQ does not obligate the Government to issue an order or cover costs for quotation preparation. 1.3 The acquisition value exceeds the simplified acquisition threshold but is under the $9 million ceiling for simplified procedures. This posting combines the presolicitation notice and the solicitation. The contract includes one twelve-month base period and four optional twelve-month periods, totaling five years. Quoters must be registered and active in SAM.gov with current Representations and Certifications completed at the time of quotation submission and order issuance. Note: SAM updates may lag FAR policy changes, and the Contracting Officer will rely on the representations included in this solicitation. Entities do not need to update SAM to remove other representations. Questions shall be submitted no later than July 31, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time;
