Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Newport, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the construction of a industrial development.

Manufacture, delivery, and turnkey installation of one (1) NRTL-certified chemical storage building inclusive of all structural, electrical, climate control, fire suppression assemblies, and relocatable access ramp. The Contractor shall provide one (1) Hazardous Waste External Storage Module for NUWCDIVNPT, Code 1023, to safely replace a legacy storage unit. The module must feature three equal compartments (nominal 9'H x 34'W x 9'D, _3 feet), a minimum 4-hour fire-rated exterior/interior barrier wall construction, a 1,000-gallon built-in sump, Class 1 Division 1/2 explosion-proof electrical and climate control systems, and integrated fire suppression. All work must be performed in accordance with the full Statement of Work (SOW).
