Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Coram, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Replacement of an existing concrete apron and related work at the firehouse facility. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount). This project includes site renovations and repairs at the existing Coram Fire District facility located at 303 Middle Country Road, Coram, NY 11727 including but not limited to the following: Base bid 2605.1 Concrete Apron Replacement: The scope of work shall include providing all materials, labor, equipment as required for concrete apron replacement work as included and or reasonably inferred to in the construction documents, specifications and related documents, including but not limited to the following: 1. Install security fencing around the work area. Fencing shall be staged with temporary gates as required for securing the entire work area. 2. All site demolition including selective demolition of the existing concrete apron, sidewalk and curbs. 3. Provide stake out of all aprons for field review and approval prior to construction. 4. Prepare subgrade and have tested for proper compaction. 5. Include 6" crushed stone under new aprons, fully compacted. 6. Install new concrete reinforced apron including reinforcing. 7. Refer to drawings and specifications for complete scope of work.
