Emergency demolition debris removal of a residential structure. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount), Certified Check required. (a) The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the demolition debris removal work indicated herein. (b) The Contractor shall perform the following , in connection with this contract: Fire damage debris removal originating from of the structure at: 66 KING STREET (79.15-3-73) * * * * * * * * Entire removal of existing shed , fallen tree, existing foundations, foundation walls and basement floor, if any, including accessory private sidewalks, driveways, fences, certain vegetation as required. Protection of existing adjacent structures and property. Protection of existing trees, public sidewalks, signs, utilities and other items that are to remain as required. Obtaining all required permits and paying of all fees. Disconnecting, capping, and sealing of existing sanitary service in accordance with instructions from the City's Plumbing Inspector at (716) 366-9835. Backfilling and compacting of basement areas, etc. Notifying all utilities prior to demolition to disconnect services before demolition.
