Halifax Health is requesting bid responses from qualified contractors to replace all outside-air dampers at Halifax Health Port Orange Hospital . A copy of the associated drawings and plans will be posted on Bonfire. Questions regarding this ITB should be submitted via the Procurement Portal on Bonfire. All questions must be received no later than 12:00PM EST on July 31 , 2026, and will be answered via Addendum. HH is requesting bid proposals from qualified contractors to replace all outside-air dampers at Halifax Health Port Orange Hospital, located at 1041 Dunlawton Ave., Port Orange, FL. The project includes complete demolition and disposal of existing dampers, installation of owner- and contractor-provided dampers, all required accessories, ICRA measures, associated electrical and low-voltage work, and any modifications necessary to ensure proper equipment fit and function. A total of eight (8) outside-air dampers are to be replaced. The basis of design is the TAMCO Series 1000 Low Leakage Airfoil Control Damper with saltwater resistance. Contractors are responsible for verifying field dimensions and configurations and should account for after-hours work. The facility will remain operational during construction, requiring strict infection control procedures, background checks, and badging for all onsite personnel
