Construction of a new sanitary pump station (South Chatham Hub Sanitary Pump Station). TIMELINE: RFP for engineering services has recently been awarded by the owner. The engineering will complete a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA). MCEA completion is targeted October 2027. Tender is tentatively set for October 2028. Construction is currently scheduled for March 2029 with substantial completion September 2030.
