Renovation of a military facility in Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Commercial services are required to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, logistics, and management necessary for the replacement of air-handling units, modification of existing ductwork, installation of an attic exhaust fan, and air-balancing. Work will be performed under NAICS 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors) and, if a contract is issued, it will be firm-fixed price. The effort will be conducted among selected small business entities in accordance with FAR/RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). This notice does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract, and any resulting action is subject to funds availability. Eligible responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration by the agency. All questions must be submitted via email to the designated points of contact. Responses are due by July 27, 2026.
