PUD No. 1 of Thurston County ("District") is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering design, construction oversight, and other engineering services concerning the District's Tanglewilde Mainline Replacement Project 3 (the "Project"). The Project generally consists of design and construction plans, and construction services to replace approximately 15,000 lineal feet of water main in the Tanglewilde 600 water system, located near Lacey, Washington. The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to select a consultant to provide engineering,services for the District concerning (a) design engineering, including plans and specifications, for the Project ( as defined below), and (b) construction management services for the Project in coordination with the District. Design must be completed by December 31, 2026, and bid related documents by February 15, 2026. All workmanship, including native files shall be property of Thurston PUD.
