Construction of a new community park including site preparation, clearing, grading, parking lot construction, roadway improvements, restroom, picnic shelter, circulation pathways, kiosks, site furnishings, landscaping, irrigation, playground equipment installation, dog park, sport courts construction, utility work, maintenance buildings, and maintenance yard. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Any questions regarding the project shall be directed to Melissa McFadden, PE at mmcfadde@ci.olympia.wa.us. Bid Q&A will be posted to Builder's Exchange as questions are received. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 PM on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 (REVISED).
