The project scope is broken down by the following phases and neighborhoods:Phase 6A (Majestic Oaks): Retrofit and conversion of 59 residential parcels.Phase 6B (Sweetwater Country Club Place): Retrofit and conversion of 24 residential parcels. Work encompasses the complete decommissioning and disconnection of the existing septic tanks at each parcel and the simultaneous connection of the properties to the new central utility services. The ability of a Respondent to obtain a performance bond and a payment bond shall not be regarded as the sole test of such Respondent's competency or responsibility.
