Demolition and site work for an industrial development in Grafton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call civil work for an industrial development.
The scope of work includes asbestos abatement, universal and hazardous waste removal and disposal, abandonment of existing building utility services (one water service, one sanitary lateral, one gas service, and two overhead electrical connections), demolition of the approximate 36,600 square foot foundry building, demolition of the approximate 2,500 square foot maintenance building, removal of one 750-gallon underground oil-fuel storage tank, coordination with the Village of Grafton's environmental consulting services for environmental sampling, and site restoration. Bidders are instructed to submit proposals online through QuestCDN.com and must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Question Deadline 08/05/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
