Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the City’s delivery site. The City’s estimate of the materials to be furnished is approximate only, being given as a basis for the comparison of bids. The City of Bakersfield does not expressly or by implication agree that the actual quantities of materials purchased will correspond therewith but reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of any bid item or to omit any bid item that may be deemed necessary or expedient by the City due to budget or other constraints.
