Harrison Township in Montgomery County, Ohio is requesting and accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional design/consulting services firms per the Ohio Revised Code 153.65 through 153.73. A general or on-call SOQ should be submitted for the purpose of identifying qualified firms to provide potential future professional design/consulting services Firms interested are encouraged to submit a current SOQ, highlighting the following: A brief firm history; education and experience of owners and key technical personnel; the firm's equipment and facilities; any previous work performed in Montgomery County; the technical expertise of the firm's current staff; the firm's experience in performing preliminary and detail design of roadways, traffic planning and engineering control and analysis, independent review of construction drawings and specifications, right-of-way plan development, geotechnical and environmental engineering services, parks and recreation planning, land-use planning and design services. Any letters of prequalification from the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) as they apply to any services provided. Harrison Township, as a lead agency, does not have a set Capital Plan or Projects that are currently planned. This request is to comply with ORC requirements and to ensure we have a list of qualified firms for potential future projects. Submittals will be evaluated based on technical qualifications, relevant experience, staff availability, and past performance if services are needed. Submissions to this request do not obligate or guarantee the township to issue any work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
