Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dayton, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Alex-Bell Road will be studied for multi-phase widening and other improvements, including phase termini, from State Route 741 to approximately 400 feet east of Willowtwig Lane, where the existing widened section of road begins. Improvements to the corridor include: 1. Construction of a shared-use path/side path 2. Installation of missing sidewalk and curb to improve cross section continuity and pedestrian accessibility 3. Rehabilitation and reconstruction of the existing pavement section 4. Reconstruction of the existing and installation of new urban drainage system, including storm sewer and catch basins 5. Replacement of the existing traffic signal at the intersection of Alex-Bell Road and the entrances to the Kroger and Meijer shopping centers 6. Replacement of the existing three-cell structure (SFN 5746477) just east of the signalized intersection of Alex-Bell Road and the entrances to the Kroger and Meijer shopping centers, including Feasibility and Structure Type Studies Project deliverables for this contract include: 1. Phased corridor improvement study as described above 2. Phase 1 construction plans, including all improvements beginning at State Route 741, continuing approximately 1000 feet east, including the proposed bridge replacement 3. Right-of-way plans as necessary to complete the above-described work. Both temporary and permanent acquisitions are anticipated 4. Utility research and coordination 5.
