Renovation of an educational facility in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project will accomplish the design and installation of two (2) natural gas generators to replace two (2) diesel generatorslocated at the downtown Dayton Campus. One (1) located in parking lot C that serves building 14, and one (1) located in parking lot A serving the above ground parking garage. Removal of the existing generators, fuel tanks and associated gear will be required. Generator diagnosis and monitoring will be via Pythia. The design will incorporate Sinclair Community College's design and product standard s. The selected design team will have experience in the design & installationof similar equipment. Important elements in the selection process will be experience in ensuring protection of building interiors and surrounding campus property. The firms must have experience in the complete design and monitoring of the installation of building generators, to ensure work meets all requirements and to ensure subsequent warrantie Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to RFP@sinclair.edu with the project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please). Questions are due on March 18th by 2:00 p.m. EST.
