Contractor shall coordinate with Owner's representative to coordinate parking lot availability prior to performing work Crack Filling Clean cracks of all dirt, debris , and vegetation (spray an approved weed killer where applicable) prior to applying crack filling. Clean cracks with mechanical wire brush followed by compressed air to remove loose debris and moisture. Fill all cracks 3/16" or greater, not associated with alligatored areas, with ASTM D6690 hot applied rubberized asphalt crack sealant or owner approved equivalent.
