INTERIOR SPACES 4.1 Maintenance Bays Open maintenance garage space. Approximately (2) 20 feet wide x 50 feet long bays. Single catch basin centered in each bay. Suitable for large vehicle maneuvering and storage. 4.2 Office Area Small office space for administrative use including office furniture indicated by City.
