Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Bidders must conform to Winnipeg School Division Bonding and Insurance Requirements. Prime Contract Bidders are required to attend the mandatory bidders briefing at 1 Forks Market Road, gathering at the south side of the Canadian Pacific Train Car, in order to submit a valid bid. This procurement is subject to all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Trade Agreements.
