Provide comprehensive non-personal services for maintenance, repair, and lifecycle support of 171 Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) zones. The requirement includes support for 118 baseline zones and 53 above-baseline zones located across critical facilities, including Headquarters, Arms Rooms, Ammunition Supply Point (ASP) bunkers, Open Storage areas, and other protected zones. Services shall ensure continued mission-critical security, system reliability, and operational continuity through preventative maintenance, corrective repairs, troubleshooting, testing, and lifecycle support activities. The contractor shall also support an estimated 10 percent system growth, approximately 17 additional zones, during the period of performance.
