The City of Camden, South Carolina is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified Construction Manager at Risk firms to provide comprehensive pre-construction and construction services for two priority municipal facility projects: renovation of a former bank building to new City Hall, and renovation of existing City Hall for police and fire departments.
