Provide on-call lawn care services to maintain approximately 0.55 acres of grounds and 1,600 linear feet of edging at the facility in a safe, compliant, and aesthetically acceptable condition. Services shall include routine lawn maintenance, mowing, edging, string trimming around trees, poles, fences, curbs, HVAC units, building perimeters, and other obstacles, with maintenance of turf at appropriate seasonal heights. Hard surfaces, including sidewalks, parking areas, and entrances, shall be kept free of grass clippings and debris. Provide lawn health and turf management services, including fertilizer applications and pre- and post-emergent weed control treatments to promote healthy turf growth, consistent color, density, and reduced weed presence. Debris cleaning and removal services shall include removal of leaves, grass clippings, branches, litter, and storm-related debris from turf, landscaped areas, sidewalks, curbs, parking areas, and entrances, with off-site disposal in accordance with local regulations. Additional cleanup services may be required following significant weather events. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, materials, and supplies necessary to perform the required services. Service reports documenting work performed, photographs, materials used, and completion times shall be submitted within 24 hours of each service event. The anticipated period of performance is from award through the lawn maintenance season, not to exceed six months, with services ordered on an as-needed basis.
