Renovation of a hospitality development in Zion, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.
The price below is to reclaim refrigerant, disconnect, and dispose of the existing 15-ton York condensing unit that serves the lobby. We will install a new, York YC180c00A4AAA5 condensing unit in its place. This unit is a direct replacement and will use R-410A refrigerant. The Lull/ Telehandler lift is also included in the pricing below. Once the old unit is removed, we will set the new unit in the exact location of the old unit and make all the necessary connections. Lull/ Telehandler Rental. Remove and dispose of old York condenser Install a new 15-ton York condenser. Make all electrical and low voltage connections. Clean and flush refrigerant lines if necessary. Make new brazed refrigerant line connections to existing lines. Install new refrigerant line driers. Pressure test with nitrogen. Pull a 500-micron vacuum. Power up the new unit. Recharge the system with new R-410A refrigerant. Check operation and functionality of the system. Emergency HVAC services for the replacement of a condensing unit at the Illinois Beach State Park Lodge & Conference Center.
