Site work for a development in Drumheller, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The goal for this project is to stabilize a hillside slope behind St. Anthony's School located in Drumheller, Alberta. Christ the Redeemer (CTR) is currently working with a geo-technical engineering consultant that will be conducting further studies who will be involved in the design. It is CTR's intention to retain a construction manager for pre-construction services in relation to this project. The successful proposal shall collaborate closely with CTR and the geo-technical consultant. The successful proponent shall be engaged in the project upon the completion of the geo-technical consultants drilling program where the geo-technical consultant will conduct further investigation to determine the best methodology for stabilizing the hillside slope. The successful proponent shall review drilling data, collaborate with the consultant and CTR to identify any risks and the constructability of the final design and to assist CTR with developing construction cost estimates throughout various phases of the project design.
