Description

Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Schellville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The work to be performed under this contract consists of the installation of approximately 5,220 LF of 12", 10", 8" and 6" PVC pipe and 18 LF of 12" DIP pipe, PRVs, fire hydrant assemblies, replacement of water meters, reconnections to the existing pipeline, and abandonment of existing facilities. The work will include, but is not limited to site preparation, installation of piping, valving and related appurtenances, abandonment of existing water facilities, site restoration, and/or other work as necessary to complete the project as described in the Plans and Specifications. Answers to significant questions received by July 2nd, 2026 by 4:00 PM will be distributed in an Addendum by July 8th, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
