Question Deadline 08/14/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes o Pre-Bid Job Walk Meeting will be held LOCATION AND SCOPE OF WORK The work to be performed consists of the CONTRACTOR furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the proposed project, complete in place in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the plans, specifications, and contract documents for concrete sidewalk removal and installation of ADA complaint decomposed granite pathway improvements at Eldwayen Ocean Park in the City of Pismo Beach. See project plans and details for more detailed description of the location. The work includes: Saw-cutting; removal and disposal of the portland cement concrete (PCC) pathway; installation of decomposed granite pathway; removal and relocation of chain barrier and wood posts; removal and relocation of park benches, tables and barbeques grill; installation of new ADA compliant picnic table and grill ; installation of new park benches; minor surface leveling; hydroseed application; and clean-up of the project area.
