Site work for a multi-residential development in Constance Lake, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development.
The project is to investigate the current condition of the grading and sanitary and storm drain piping, identify observed deficiencies, provide recommendations for required repairs or replacements as well as associated costs estimates, and provide an opinion of the remaining useful life of the piping systems. The findings of the investigations and repair or replacement options are to be presented in written reports for the Owner. Northumberland County Housing Corporation invites submissions for building grading and sanitary and storm drain line studies in Brighton, Colborne, Cobourg, Campbellford, and Port Hope, Ontario. Bidders are required to conduct studies related to building grading and the sanitary and storm drain lines across these specified locations. All instructions and requirements for submission must be followed as outlined. Hard copy submission is required.
