Description of the Project: The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Bliss, TX has a new requirement, to provide for the construction and completion of the work described. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation , and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. Contractor shall replace six (6) HVAC Carrier rooftop units with new TRANE HVAC units of the same capacity as listed in the building schedule or approved equivalent. The work is located at Building 1611 , within the Fort Bliss TX, Installation. THE ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $1,000,000. AND $5,000,000.
