Replacement of the dishwasher and all associated construction required in Building 20626 at Fort Bliss, Texas. Work includes providing all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to remove and replace the existing dishwasher and complete related construction activities required for installation and operation. The project will be performed under a firm-fixed-price contract with a performance period of 180 days after notice to proceed. The project is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The magnitude of construction is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. Location: Building 20626, Fort Bliss, Texas 79916. All questions from the pre-bid conference must be submitted by 27 September 2026 via email to saul.o.luna.civ@army.mil.
