Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and technical expertise necessary to rebuild Frick XJF units in strict accordance with the Frick Service Manual (Form S70-452 SM). Work shall be performed by personnel familiar with Frick-specific tooling, procedures, and tolerances. Only genuine Frick OEM parts shall be used, with no aftermarket or substitute components authorized. The contractor shall be capable of sourcing required OEM parts and performing rebuild activities consistent with Frick manufacturer requirements. The contractor shall provide safe packaging, transportation, and shipping of the units to and from the Government location, along with secure storage of the equipment while it is at the contractor's facility. The contractor shall communicate teardown and inspection findings to the Government point of contact (COR) during the rebuild process and provide commercial warranty coverage for parts and labor upon completion of the work.
