Description

Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Roanoke, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

All questions and technical inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Owner's primary contact, James Morris (email james.morris@Western VaWater.org). The Base Bid Project consists of the removal of two well houses, installation of two pitless adaptor units, interior and exterior piping, chemical feed system , electrical and control systems, and related appurtenances as shown on the Plans and as described in the Contract Documents. The new treatment building shown on the Plans has been procured and installed by the Western Virginia Water Authority.
