Site work and paving for a civil project in Roanoke, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of: Approximately 2000 LF of new water mains, abandonment of existing water mains, service reconnections, and associated pavement restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. THE PURPOSE OF PROJECT IS TO INSTALL A NEW WATER MAIN TO PARTIALLY REPLACE A SMALLER EXISTING WATER MAIN. THE OVERALL PROJECT INCLUDES APPROXIMATELY 2000 LF OF NEW WATER MAIN IN AND ALONG CURTIS AVENUE, FRALIN ROAD, AND HERSHBERGER ROAD Question Deadline 08/27/2026 All questions and technical inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Owner's primary contact, Joseph Arthur (email joseph.arthur@WesternVaWater.org). Addendum #2 will be posted on or before August 31, 2026.
