Replacing pavement with regular and colored concrete, updating existing street lights, adding new lighting, restoring the fountain, relocating benches and trash receptacles, replacing the bollards at the east entry to the park, and replacing picnic tables. Question Deadline 07/29/2026 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. The work at the Civic Center Park consists of replacing pavement with regular and colored concrete, updating existing street lights, adding new lighting, restoring the fountain, relocating benches and trash receptacles, replacing the bollards at the east entry to the park, replacing the picnic tables and other associated work. All work shown in the drawings and specifications is required unless noted otherwise. Any work appearing to not comply with governing codes shall be brought to the Architect's attention immediately. This is the only phase of the project that has had funding approved. Additional phases may be added at a later date. The Owner reserves the right to bid future phases out as independent projects, or incorporate portions of future Work into this contract.
