Renovation of a recreation facility in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
SIGA would like to obtain a qualified, experienced, and certified company to remove and dispose of one (1) existing Trane Rooftop Unit (RTU) and supply, install, test and commission one (1) brand-new CSA-approved rooftop unit (RTU), complete with all required controls, accessories, and connections for the Living Sky Casino (LSC) in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. The Bidder shall supply and install a brand-new current-production Trane rooftop unit that is the manufacturer's recommended replacement for the existing Trane Model YCH180BW0HB. The proposed unit must be fully compatible with the existing Building Management System (BMS), controls infrastructure, electrical systems, natural gas systems, and associated building services. The Bidder shall be responsible for verifying compatibility and ensuring successful integration of all controls, sensors, and communications required for proper operation. Alternative manufacturers will not be accepted.
