The City of Swift Current (the "Owner") is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services to complete infrastructure upgrades on 3rd Avenue NE and 5th Avenue NE. The base scope of work included in this Request for Proposals (RFP) generally consists of: - Removal and replacement of sanitary sewer mains. In addition to the base scope of work, the City is requesting proposed pricing for optional work, consisting of: - Removal and replacement of water mains and all appurtenances; and - Removal and replacement of residential sanitary and water services from the mains to the property line. The optional works will be evaluated in combination with the base bid to determine overall best value to the City. Price will be considered alongside qualitative factors, and the City will select the proposal that provides the best overall value.
